Quality Control Program

Clean Busters Management Team comprises of area managers and supervisors who are equipped with cellular phones and pagers for quick response to potential problems and requests made by client and/or staff.

Quality Assurance Policy

Over and above regular inspections made by the supervisor, the Operations Manager will visit the premises weekly to make a complete daylight inspection at the convenience of the client and with their representative.

Performance control either by phone or by evaluation sheet will be implemented for each account to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a member of the Building Services Contractors Association, our cleaning staff is trained in health and safety including WHMIS, and is provided with appropriate training to perform their duties in a manner that promotes environmental compliance.
